No. Capacity and timing depend on the route, cargo, carrier, airport and current operating conditions. Capacity and timing become binding only after written confirmation.

What is the minimum information needed for a quote?

Provide the origin, destination, accurate commodity description, pieces, gross weight, dimensions, requested timing and available commercial invoice and packing-list data. Restricted cargo also requires the relevant classification and supporting documents.

Does the service include customs declaration?

Customs declaration is included only where confirmed in the written service scope. When required, UDB Shanghai can coordinate an appropriately qualified customs broker; the declaration is performed by the relevant licensed provider.
